Packaging of kiosks and terminals for safe delivery

Packaging of Kiosks and Terminals for Safe Delivery
The production of self-service kiosks and terminals is not limited to design, assembly, and equipment testing. Proper packaging before shipment is an equally important stage.
Even high-quality equipment can be damaged during transportation if the body is not securely fixed and the screen, modules, and external elements are not properly protected. That is why Mastersky Group pays as much attention to equipment packaging as to the manufacturing process itself.
Why Equipment Packaging Matters
Self-service kiosks, payment terminals, and information stands often have a complex structure: touchscreens, bill acceptors, card readers, printers, control panels, and other components. During delivery, the equipment goes through loading, unloading, warehouse storage, and transportation, so it is important to reduce the risk of damage in advance.
Reliable packaging helps protect the terminal from impacts, vibration, body displacement, and external factors. As a result, the equipment arrives at the site in working condition and ready for further installation.
How We Package Terminals
We use a comprehensive approach to the transportation of terminals and kiosks. Devices are placed on pallets, secured in individual boxes, and additionally protected with packaging materials.
Depending on the equipment design, we may use:
- foam plastic;
- protective inserts;
- bubble wrap;
- stretch film;
- rigid body fixation;
- additional crating.
Each terminal is protected individually. This is especially important when transporting equipment with a large screen, non-standard body, decorative panels, or built-in payment modules.
Suitable for Long-Distance Transportation
Our kiosk packaging is suitable not only for local delivery but also for international logistics. During long-distance transportation, equipment goes through more stages of handling, so the packaging must withstand additional stress.
We prepare terminals so that they can safely go through long routes, preserve their appearance, and arrive without requiring repairs.
Equipment Ready for Installation
The main goal of packaging is to ensure that the client receives the equipment without damage or delays. A terminal should arrive ready for installation — not for repair.
This approach helps reduce project launch risks, avoid unnecessary costs, and maintain equipment quality at every stage, from production to installation.
Mastersky Group controls not only the manufacturing of self-service kiosks and terminals but also their preparation for delivery. Reliable packaging is part of the overall product quality and a guarantee that the equipment will reach the client in excellent condition.
